I am a type II diabetic, non-insulin dependent. I see a doctor twice a year and am prescribed Metformin, Glipizide and Januvia for control of my diabetes. I also take Lisinopril for high blood pressure. I walk for exercise with a regular regimen of 3 to 5 miles. My medical history includes a motorcycle accident from which I have no lingering disabilities. What is available and at what monthly premium range with/without high deductible amounts.
